3-hour Diet Granola (modified)

Ingredients

    2 1/2 C Oats
    1/3 C wheat germ
    1/3 C mix of walnuts (you can also do an equal mixture of almonds and walnuts. I can't tell a difference)
    1 cup crushed wheat flakes (bran flakes work too).

    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp all spice
    1/3 C honey
    1/3 C pineapple or apple juice
