- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (about 3 1/3 ounces)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour or all-purpose flour (about 1 ounce)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 large egg
