• 1 C dry old fashioned oats
• 1 C unsweetened applesauce (I just cut up 1 big apple in tiny pieces and steamed it in a little water until soft)
• 1/2 C milk, soy milk (whatever milk you want)
• 2 egg whites, beaten
• 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
• 2 Tbsp canola oil (I used coconut oil)
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 3/4 C whole wheat flour
• 1/4 C dried cranberries
• 1/4 C dried cherries
• 1/4 C raisins
