  • 3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced peeled Rome apple
  • 3/4 cup regular oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup dried currants
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
