Apple Honey-glazed Chicken Legs


  • 8 to 10 whole chicken legs (thighs and drumsticks attached, about 4 1/2 lb. total)
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled, pressed or minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Salt


Notes: Up To 1 Day Ahead, Marinate Chicken. There May Not Be Enough Indirect-heat Space For 10 Legs On One Barbecue. If So Cook In 2 Batches, Or Simultaneously On 2 Barbecues.
