  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 6 (1/2-inch-thick) slices diagonally cut French bread baguette
  • 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1/3 cup (1 1/2 ounces) grated Asiago cheese
