  • 3 tablespoons apricot preserves

  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup minced shallots
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Madeira
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
