- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Remaining ingredients:- 6 quarts water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) finely chopped fresh mozzarella cheese
- 6 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
