  • 3 tablespoons commercial sofrito (such as Goya)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bijol seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads (optional)
  • 1/2 cup frozen petite green peas, thawed
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar sliced pimiento, drained
