- 1 pound portobello mushrooms, stemmed
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Sauce:- 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon red currant jelly
