Tuna:- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 3/4 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds yellowfin tuna steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Garnish:- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
