  • 1 (5.1-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (28.2-ounce) package frozen golden pineapple coconut cake, partially thawed (we tested with Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Garnishes: shredded coconut, stemmed maraschino cherries
