  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon

Substitute Fresh Thyme For Fresh Tarragon If You Prefer. The Herb Butter Can Also Be Served Over Baked Fish Fillets.
