Ingredients
- French Vinaigrette Dressing:(mix in order of listing, makes about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon each chopped basil, tarragon, and oregano (1/2 teaspoon each if dried)
- 1 cup canola or olive oil or combination
- 1 pound new red potatoes
- 3 Chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- French vinaigrette dressing (recipe above)
- 1 12 oz. or 2-5 oz. cans of white albacore canned tuna
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 2 heads of Boston, Romaine or any preferred mixture of lettuce or greens
- 1/2 pound snow peas, blanched ( I leave this one out a lot)
- 3 tablespoon small capers
- several thin slices of red onion
- sliced tomatoes as desired
- hard boiled eggs, sliced as desired
