1/2 an Iceberg lettuce - shredded (not too finely) 1/2 Red Cabbage - finely shredded 1 Carrot - coarsely grated 1 can Pineapple chunks - well drained 1 large Onion - coarsely diced 2 Green Capsicums - diced into 2cm pieces 1 Red Capsicum - diced into 2cm pieces 1 bunch Coriander 500gm Chicken tenders - cut into small bitesize pieces 4 Limes - juice of 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tspn ground Cumin 2 Tbsp Oil Tabasco Sauce 3 Avocados 1/3 cup creamy Chilli and Lime dressing 1/4 cup Louisiana Hot sauce - or any South/Western chili sauce (not Tabasco type) 1 large bag Corn chips - crushed/ broken up
