1-2 small pie pumpkins 2 1/2 cups whipping cream 1 x vanilla bean 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed 2 tbsp granulated sugar 10 x large egg yolks + tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground allspice 1 tbsp brandy 8 tbsp turbinado sugar, for brulee

Description

Preheat Oven To 350 F And Line A Baking Tray With Parchment Paper. Cut Pumpkins In Half, Scoop Out Seeds And Place Face-down On Prepared Baking Tray. Dock Pumpkin Surface With A Fork And Bake For 30 To 40 Minutes, Until Tender. Cool, Then Scoop Out Pumpki
