White Choc Ice CreamChop The Chocolate & Melt Over A Double Boiler, Do Not Over Heat. In A Saucepan Bring The Milk To The Boil. Whisk The Egg Yolks With 100g Sugar, Till Pale. Whisk The Milk Into The Egg Yolk & Sugar Mix, Add Back To The Sauce Pan & Cook
