A Very Healthy Cake


1 Cup Natural Unprocessed Bran 1 Cup of Milk 1/4 Cup of Raw Sugar 1/2 Cup of Chopped Walnuts 1/2 Cup of Chopped Dates 1/2 Cup of Sultanas 1 Cup of self raising flour


Mix All The Above Ingredients Together With A Wooden Spatula. Place The Mixture In An Oven Proof Dish (a Bread Pan Would Be Very Convenient For This Cake). Bake For Approximately 50minutes On 180degrees.
