Batter 100 g self raising flour 1 egg, beaten 100 ml iced water teaspoon bicarbonate of soda Apples 3 tablespoons rice flour 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled decored, cut into wedges (keep in a bowl with lemon juice & zest if preparing in advance) Toffee 50 ml water 200 g caster sugar 1 tablespoon sesame seeds To serve 1 large bowl of water with lots of ice
