2 rib eye steaks beaten to 1cm thick sea salt freshly cracked Pepper 1/3 Spanish Onion finely diced 1 large ripe Tomato skin on, finely diced 1 tablespoon Italian Parsley roughly chopped Extra Virgin Olive Oil red wine vinegar 1 small piece of fresh Horseradish 1 small piece of fresh Ginger ½ Lemon


Heat A Flat Top Grill, Season The Steaks Well With Salt And Pepper, Rub With A Little Olive Oil And Cook To Your Liking. To Make The Salsa, Simply Mix The Onion, Tomato And Parsley Together With Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil And Red Wine Vinegar To Taste.
