120g butter 1 cup dessicated coconut 3/4 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup plain flour 2 tbs golden syrup 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda


Preheat Oven 140 Degrees Celcius. Melt Butter And Syrup Over Low Heat. Then Add The Bicarbonate Soda. Let It Cool. Sift The Dry Ingredients And Pour In Butter Mixture. Mix Well. Roll A Tablespoon Of Dough Into A Ball And Place Onto The Tray. Flatten Dough
