Apple-Dijon Glazed Pork Chops


4 pork chops 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 cup apple jelly 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, or to taste 1 1/2 tablespoons butter


Sprinkle Pork Chops With Thyme. Salt And Pepper. In A Lightly Oiled Skillet Over Medium-high Heat, Cook Pork Chops Until Golden And Just Cooked Through. Remove Chops From The Pan And Set Aside. Add The Apple Jelly And Stir To Melt And Deglaze The Skillet.
