Filling 2 large ripe mangoes 1 small pineapple, preferably yellow-coloured 1 papaya 3 small ripe but firm bananas tsp (2 mL) ground ginger tsp (1 mL) nutmeg 1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice Topping cup (175 mL) all-purpose flour cup (175 mL) quick-cooking oats, not instant cup (125 mL) brown sugar 1/3 cup (75 mL) pecan pieces 1/3 cup (75 mL) sweetened shredded coconut 1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon cup (175 mL) butter, cut into chunks Rum Cream cup (125 mL) whipping cream 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar 2 tbsp (25 mL) rum 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
