Crust 1 cups (375 mL) all-purpose flour 1 cup (250 mL) ground almonds cup (125 mL) sugar tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon tsp (1 mL) fine salt 2/3 cup (150 mL) unsalted butter, cut into pieces and chilled 1 large egg 1 large egg yolk 1 tbsp (15 mL) Marsala wine Filling 1 1/3 cups (250 mL) diced dried apple 3 tbsp (45 mL) Marsala wine 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) ricotta cheese cup (50 mL) sugar 2 tbsp (25 mL) sour cream 2 tbsp (25 mL) grated chocolate 1 large egg 1 large egg yolk 1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated lemon zest 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground nutmeg
