18 small fresh apricots 1/4 cup (50 mL) olive oil 1 tbsp (15 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice Salt and freshly ground pepper About 1/4 lb (125 g) blue cheese


Choose Whatever Blue Cheese You Prefer But Make Sure It Is Slightly Creamy. The Broiling Softens The Cheese And Brings The Two Flavours Together.
