1/2 cup fresh green beans, trimmed
1/2 cup carrots, peeled and diced

1/2 cup grilled corn kernels, cut from cob and seasoned with olive oil, salt & pepper and chilled
1/4 cup grilled asparagus, seasoned as above and chilled
1/4 cup green apple, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup dry salami, diced
1/2 cup radicchio, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
3/4 cup olive oil
2 ounces Wisconsin Parmesan or BellaVitano® Cheese, shaved
