  • 200.0g natural yogurt
  • zest and juice 1 lime
  • juice ½ lemon
  • 1¼ kg baby new potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp hot chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 200g bag tortilla chips , to serve
