- 40 ml light soy sauce
- 30 ml sweet sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. grated ginger
- 1/2 Tbsp. Mountain pepper
- 6 x Native pepperberries
- 2 x cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Bush tomato oil (or possibly sesame oil)
- 40 ml honey
- 1/2 tsp five spice pwdr
- Â Â Garnish with coloured capsicum, leek, carrot
