Aylesworth Cheese Recipe


  • 1 lb Longhorn cheddar, grated
  • 2 sm Onions, grated
  • 1 c. Or possibly less stale beer
  • 1/2 c. Catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 4 x Shakes warm pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  •     Black pepper to taste
  •     Cayenne to taste
  •     Some minced parsley, up to 1/2 C


Mix All Ingredients, Adding Beer At The Last. Let Refrigerateovernight. My Mother Used To Put It In Little Crocks And Serve It With Crackers And Crusty French Bread.
