- 2 c. Self-Rising or possibly All-purpose Flour
- Â Â Lowfat milk for Batter
- 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
- 3 x Potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1/2 c. cooked Peas
- 1 x Carrot, grated
- 1 c. Cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 c. cooked Broccoli
- Â Â Oil for frying
- Â Â Salt and Pepper to taste
- Â Â Barbecue or possibly Chili Sauce (to taste)
