Aussie Style Tempura Recipe


  • 2 c. Self-Rising or possibly All-purpose Flour
  •     Lowfat milk for Batter
  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 x Potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 c. cooked Peas
  • 1 x Carrot, grated
  • 1 c. Cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 c. cooked Broccoli
  •     Oil for frying
  •     Salt and Pepper to taste
  •     Barbecue or possibly Chili Sauce (to taste)
