- 2 Tbsp. _Shao xing_ or possibly sherry
- 6 sm Chinese mushrooms
- Â Â Green cayennes to taste, minced
- 1 x Green bell pepper or possibly sweet Red pepper
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Oil or possibly chicken fat
- 1/2 c. Stock, (mushroom is good)
- 1 Tbsp. Good red warm sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry, (in that the dry shrimp was soaking)
