  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vegetable shortening
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
