Apricot Graham Muffins Recipe


  • 11/20 c. graham or possibly whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 c. minced dry apricots
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
  • 5 Tbsp. melted & cooled butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. unflavoured lowfat yoghurt
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
