Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar (skimp if apples are not tart)
- 1/4 c. melted shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 2 c. minced apples (2 lg.)
Description
Mix All. Put In Greased 8 X 8 Inch Pan. Bake At 350 Degrees About 40 Min. Cake Should Be Moist. May Be Served With Whipped Cream.
