Pasta With Curry Seafood Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  •     (or possibly canned low-salt chicken broth)
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 x uncooked large shrimp peeled, deveined,
  •     and minced
  • 4 x shallots minced
  • 3 x garlic cloves minced
  • 6 ounce fresh crabmeat
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 12 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp saffron threads crumbled
  • 12 ounce angel hair pasta
