- 1/4 c. Italian parsley leaves
- 1/2 c. sliced scallions
- 1/2 c. fresh chervil tops (or possibly fresh oregano)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 2 tsp grained Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey or possibly to taste
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. blood orange juice
- Â Â (or possibly use regular orange juice)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. peanut oil
