Ingredients

  • 3 bottles ketchup
  • 1 quart. onions
  • 1 quart. mushrooms
  • 1 quart. cauliflower
  • 1 quart. peppers (red and green mixed)
  • 2 plants leeks
  • 1 lg. bunch celery
  • 2 lg. carrots
  • 1 quart. sweet pickles or possibly cucumbers
  • 1 quart. white vinegar
  • 1 quart. green olives
  • 2 sm. cans sardines
  • 1/2 pound anchovies
  • 2 T salt
  • 1 strong warm pepper (small size)
  • 1/2 quart. string beans
  • 2 cans tuna fish
  • 1 quart. veg. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. or possibly quart. quarines
