Asian Slaw Recipe


  • 1/2 lrg purple cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 c. snow peas or possibly sugar snap peas trimmed
  • 1 lrg carrot sliced thinly
  • 1 x red pepper julienned
  • 1/3 c. diced pineapples (fresh or possibly canned) (reserve juice) in small pcs
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
  • 4 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  •     Tamari (optional)
  •     Toasted sesame oil (optional) to taste
