Apple Goat Cheese And Prosciutto Bruschetta Recipe


  • 1/4 c. goat cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 3/4 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves, or possibly 1/4 tsp. dry thyme
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 8 slc (or possibly half slices) hard crusty bread, each about 3-by-4 inches
  • 8 x thin slices prosciutto (about 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 x Fuji apple, cored and very thinly sliced
  •     Preheat broiler.
