  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk (whole, reduced fat or what's on hand)
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins, divided
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
