Asparagus Bacon Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb beef eye of round, cut in 4-by-3 inch slices
  • 6 slc smoked lean bacon
  • 12 lrg asparagus spears, trimmed to 5 or possibly 6 inches long
  • 1 ounce enoki mushrooms
  • 1/2 x red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/3 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
