- 16 oz (1lb) organic beef or bison
- 1 1/2 yellow onions, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 cups baby Portabella mushrooms, chopped
- Pasta: 1 package organic spaghetti pasta.
