Asian Green Bean Salad Recipe


  • 1 lb Long green beans trimmed, cooked, and cooled
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 2 c. Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 Tbsp. Crushed toasted peanuts
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste


In A Bowl Toss All Ingredients Together. Season To Taste With Salt And Pepper. Serve At Room Temperature.
