Artichoke Soup Recipe


  • 3 can Waterpacked Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 med Minced Onions
  • 3 sprg Fresh Thyme
  • 2 whl Bay Leaves
  • 4 c. Chicken Stock
  •     Salt to taste
  • 1/2 c. Roasted Garlic Puree
  • 1 c. Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounce Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
