Artichoke/tarragon Dip Recipe


  • 12 ounce (335 g) canned marinated artichoke hearts,
  •     coarsely minced
  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. (250 ml) lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) minced fresh tarragon, or possibly 1 Tbs (15 ml) dry
  •     Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste


Combine All Ingredients And Place In A 3-c. (750 Ml) Ovenproof Baking Dish Or Possibly Casserole. Bake In A Preheated 350F (180C) Oven Till Heated Through, About 30 Min. Serve With…
