Artichoke Dip Recipe


  • 6 ounce Marinated Artichoke, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Parley Leaves
  • 1 cl Garlic, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Cayenne Pepper to taste


Put The Artichokes, Parsley, Garlic, And Lemon Juice In A Food Processor Or Possibly Blender. Process, Scraping Down The Sides As Needed, Till The Ingredients Are Finely Minced.…
