  • 1/4 c. Fresh Parley Leaves
  • 1 cl Garlic, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Cayenne Pepper to taste
