Hot Chicken (or Seafood) Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken (or possibly shrimp or possibly crab meat)
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion, very finely minced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Description

Put Together All Ingredients Except Cheese And Potato Chips. Put Lightly Into Casserole. Sprinkle With Cheese And Chips. Bake At 400 Degrees Till Heated Thoroughly. 6 Servings.
