Hummus Bundles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 x 7 inch fat free tortillas
  • 1/2 c. Cucumber -- minced
  • 1/2 c. Tomato -- minced
  • 1/2 c. Green onion -- minced
  • 1/3 c. Alfalfa or possibly bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c. Fresh parsley light packed
  • 19 ounce Canned chick-peas liquid removed and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 clv garlic -- chopped
