- 2 tsp chopped garlic divided
- 2 c. shredded Fontina cheese divided
- 2/3 c. grated pecorino Romano cheese divided
- 1Â 1/3 c. canned tomatoes in heavy puree minced

- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Â Â Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- 1/2 c. thinly-sliced basil leaves divided
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves divided
