Antipasto Rice Salad Recipe


  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. assorted meats (ham, turkey, salami)
  • 1/4 c. diced cheese
  • 1/4 c. black olives
  • 1 c. sliced vegetables (green peppers, green onions)
  • 2/3 c. minced tomatoes


Toss Rice With Italian Salad Dressing. Stir In Meats, Cheese, Black Olives And Vegetables. Refrigerate, Then Stir In Tomatoes Before Serving. Makes 4 Servings.
